Setting Up Macintosh Internet ConnectionsTCP:There are two version of TCP/IP for Macintosh. The old one is MacTCP. It is not a reliable version. You want to use the newer TCP (a/k/a Open Transport TCP). If you don't have TCP/IP version 1.1.1, then you'll need to upgrade by contacting Apple or your mac dealer.
